Terms and Conditions for Chastity Key Holding Service

By engaging with our chastity key-holding service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of the service provided and to protect both parties.

1. Scope of Service

1.1 The Service entails securely holding and managing keys or access codes related to chastity devices for the agreed-upon duration or terms.
1.2 The Service does not include any physical, medical, or legal responsibilities for the Client’s use of a chastity device.
1.3 The Service is offered for personal use only and is strictly consensual between the Client and the Service Provider.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 The Client must ensure they are of legal age (18 or older) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2.2 The Client must confirm they are engaging with the Service of their own free will, without coercion.
2.3 The Client assumes full responsibility for their physical and mental well-being during the term of the Service.
2.4 It is the Client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about their device and key(s).

3. Service Provider Responsibilities

3.1 The Service Provider agrees to securely store the key(s) or access information provided by the Client.
3.2 The Service Provider agrees to return the key(s) or provide access information under the terms agreed upon with the Client.
3.3 The Service Provider will not disclose any personal information or details about the Service to third parties, except as required by law.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1 The Service Provider is not responsible for any physical injury, discomfort, or medical issues resulting from the Client’s use of a chastity device.
4.2 The Service Provider is not liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions caused by delays, loss of keys, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 In the event of a lost or damaged key, the Service Provider’s liability is limited to the cost of replacing the key or access mechanism, subject to proof of value provided by the Client.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 The Service Provider will maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of the Client’s engagement with the Service.
5.2 Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Termination of Service

6.1 Either party may terminate the Service with written notice, provided all outstanding obligations are resolved.
6.2 Upon termination, the Service Provider will return the key(s) or provide access information as agreed.

7. Refunds and Fees

7.1 Fees for the Service are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7.2 Any additional costs incurred due to requests outside the agreed terms (e.g., expedited key returns) may be subject to additional fees.

8. Disputes and Governing Law

8.1 Any disputes arising from the Service shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration.
8.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of your country.

9. Disclaimer

9.1 By using the Service, the Client acknowledges that they understand and accept the risks involved in chastity practices.
9.2 The Service Provider does not provide medical advice or guarantee the safety of any chastity devices.

10. Agreement

By proceeding with the Service, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
